Yes, the title is correct. I have two properties here to tell you about: 1) 45+ acrea in the city of Roseburg, prime site, frontage on major highway, zoned MU (mixed use) and perfect for one's imagination! It has a huge water-right, great access, owner flexible. It is a must see.

2) 5+ acres on the busiest street in town (Roseburg) has two zonings that allow any commecial activity you can imagine.
